My name is Randy Anger,also known as Chef Jauquin,I have lived on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe since 1987 and I am a veteran of 25+ years of the restaurant and bar business. I have a full array of cooking styles and flavors. Please take a look at my menu page for a sample of what I can cook for you and your guests. My wife Tracy does all of my desserts and has a large selection of tasty selections, but if you have a special request for a dessert please just ask.

My prices vary on party size and menu selections. Bigger parties I can give a per head charge or a flat rate. I am available for breakfast,lunch and dinner.
If you are trying to keep the price down, I can do smaller parties on my own to bring the cost down for you. If you prefer to have a server or two, I have a full staff for larger parties or nice elegant affairs.

I am also available to shop and cook before you arrive and have you refrigerator full and ready to go for your vacation.

I offer my services from Incline Village,NV to Tahoma,CA and all of Truckee/Tahoe Donner
