Randy, put together a wonderful evening for my wife's 50th birthday and some of our closest friends and family. Randy collaborated on the menu and contributed his generous and outgoing spirit to the evening. The food was original, creative and delicious from the appetizers through the main course to a fabulous dessert-requested by the birthday girl. He was flexible in the arrangements and the whole event was a huge hit.
